About Me
Leadership Mentor and the Founder of LeadStars Community. I work with women in leadership who are tired of performing, conforming and compromising with who they are, in order to fit in to 'leadership'.
By overcoming self-doubt, dismantling survival patterns and performative leadership we build confidence, rooted in authenticity.
With a master in behavioural science and psychology, alongside a decade of leadership experience & trauma-informed approach, I’ve helped female leaders in transforming self-doubt into grounded confidence, to lead with clarity and authority.
My approach is different.
Most leadership development focuses on what you do. I focus on who you are.
My mentorship helps you identify the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, or constant proving & performing, so you can build a leadership style that feels aligned with you. I work on a deeper level with all the layers we as humans have. I help you build a strong self-image so you can lead from within and not from external expectations. This is where authentic leadership begins.
